Peter Luger’s Steakhouse Extra Thick Cut Bacon

One of the world’s most celebrated steakhouses, Peter Luger in Williamsburg has been serving the finest USDA Prime Beef for over 125 years. Our thick cut bacon, which started as a staff-only meal, was added to the menu after years of regulars ordering it to be served with their tomato and onion salad, on top of their Peter Luger Hamburger or, often the case, as a standalone dish. We’re delighted to take this world famous dish from our kitchen to yours. Enjoy with Peter Luger Old Fashioned Sauce for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

New to Walter Stewart’s, thick sliced, artisanal North Country Applewood Smoked Bacon from Claremont, New Hampshire. Acclaimed in the New York Times, Saveur Magazine, and the finest hotels around the country for its hand-crafted, meaty flavor and a natural wood smoked scent that signals its supreme quality.  All of their wood smoked bacon start as lean pork bellies that are carefully selected from Canadian family farms and hand-trimmed by their butchers to exacting specifications. No antibiotics or hormones. Available in our meat case.
