With the big game coming up on Sunday your crowd will need some dip to keep them cheering. Julia Deane, owner of Culinary Works shares this crowd pleaser with a not too spicy punch. We have all sorts of veggies, pita crisps, chips and crackers to serve with this!
A Super Sun-dried Tomato Dip
2 cups Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped and drained
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
2-3 Chopped Scallions or 1 small bunch chives – chopped
10-12 large leaves fresh Basil – chopped
Pulse first 5 ingredients in processor with metal blade. Fold in the chopped scallions and basil. You can also use dried sun-dried tomatoes and re-hydrate them in hot water.
