The Batchworthy kitchen is helmed by Chef Ryan McQuade, who spent his pre-pandemic career working for Daniel Boulud, then at thrice Michelin star recipient Quince, and then under Dan Barber as executive sous chef in the kitchens of Blue Hill in NYC and Blue Hill Stone Barns in Tarrytown, NY. Run by a small team of four, Batchworthy strives to make the everyday, the simple, truly special. Available in our refrigerated case in aisle 3.
