Herb Marinated Pork Filet

Try something new on your grill with this tender and moist pork filet recipe from the folks at Hormel. Marinating overnight in this savory blend of herbs adds wonderful flavors to the pork, and pairs nicely with your favorite grilled vegetables or a side salad.

Ingredients

1 (18.4-ounce) HORMEL® ALWAYS TENDER® Original Pork Loin Filet
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mild olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons HERB-OX® Chicken Granulated Bouillon
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
½ teaspoon chopped fresh sage
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

Brush pork with lemon juice. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Rub mixture over pork. Arrange pork in baking dish. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Prepare grill for medium heat.
Grill pork 12 to 15 minutes or until internal temperature of pork reaches 155°F to 160°F.
