Ellie Luciano, age 9, will be hosting a party stage-side at the Summer Theatre of New Canaan’s young family show THE LITTLE MERMAID JR., interns and staff of Summer Theatre and Walter Stewart’s Market selected THE LITTLE MERMAID JR. coloring contest winner. Children up to 9 years old submitted colored pictures of Ariel, Sebastian and Flounder and the winner will receive tickets for a party of friends at a production of THE LITTLE MERMAID JR. performance at Waveny Park on Saturdays and Sundays (June 15^th– August 11).  The party will include food and beverages from Walter Stewart’s Market.
This week Walter Stewart’s Market begins a second coloring contest for the up and coming Summer Theatre of New Canaan’s children show THE CAT IN THE HAT opening June 29th and running weekends in rotation with THE LITTLE MERMAID. Pick up a coloring form and enter at Walter Stewart’s Market, 229 Elm Street, and for more information on the summer shows at Waveny Park contact the Summer Theatre of New Canaan at  stonc.org or 203-966-4634.
In addition, Walter Stewart’s is partnering with the Summer Theatre to conveniently deliver “Dinner and a Show” picnic meals to the Waveny Park Theatre Tent before every performance.
