The refreshing salsa is made with our sweet, juicy peaches, rounding out the flavor profile of this savory entree.


3 medium firm ripe peaches, cut in 1/4-inch dice
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 bone-in pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Southwest Seasoning


For the salsa, mix the first five ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Brush the pork chops with oil. Sprinkle with Southwest Seasoning, which can be adjusted to taste. Grill pork over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve pork chops topped with the peach salsa. Makes 6 servings.
