The two Scotts of Captain Lawrence Brewing Co., owner/founder/brewer Scott Vacarro and brewer Scott Tobin, recently welcomed us for a special visit of their brewery in Elmsford, NY. Captain Lawrence makes some of our favorite craft brews so we jumped at the chance to tour the grounds!
