We are currently offering three peak season varieties: Bossa Nova (mottled skinned Bossa Nova squash has a smooth, succulent texture and mild, sweet flavor), Zephyr (Zephyr has an unusually delicious nutty flavor and firm texture), and Cousa (Cousa, or Lebanese type squash, has superb flavor comparable to two-toned Zephyr summer squash).
