apple crumble with ice cream
We were recently treated to a sample of this recipe from one of our regular shoppers Adrienne! We all thought it was delicious and thought you would too! We’re pleased to share:
Adrienne’s “The Apple Dessert”
Apple Crisp ingredients:
8-9 Granny Smith Apples
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar (1/2 brown, 1/2 white)
1 stick of butter
Cinnamon to taste
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 350
* Peel, slice apples
* Put apples I greased deep baking dish
* crumble the rest of the ingredients with hands and pour on evenly over top of apples
* bake at 350 for one hour
* serve warm with ice cream (or cold like Adrienne’s husband likes it!)
