The popular shift toward more plant-based protein options has moved into snacking with this savory recipe from the makers of Beyond Meat products. With the “big game” just around the corner, these nachos are sure to be a crowd pleaser, and we’re betting no one will even notice the difference!


1 package Beyond Meat® Feisty Crumble
about 4 cups of tortilla chips
1 cup of cheese (vegan or not)
½ cup cooked black beans – drained
½ cup of sour cream (vegan or not)
½ cup pic de gallo
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup diced tomatoes
1 cup guacamole


Spread chips onto baking tray. Cover with beans, black olives, and tomatoes. Place in 350F oven for about 5 minutes. Add cheese and Beyond Meat Feisty Crumbles and bake 5 more minutes until warm and cheese is melted. Finish with pice de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole. Serves 4.
