  • Royal Sevruga Caviar

This versatile caviar imparts hints of brine and butter, with a firm texture that pops gently on the palate.
  • Classic Ossetra Caviar

From Lake Baikal, the world’s deepest lake, in Russian Sibera, this caviar offers a briny, nutty profile and firm, juicy grains.
  • Classic Daurenki Caviar

This unique hybrid combines the rich flavors of Shassetra with the creamy, buttery “pop” of Kaluga Huso caviar to give you the best of both of worlds.
  • Classic Baika

Petrossian’s darkest, richest caviar is crafted in the old way. Fresh from its origins in the cold Siberian waters, this vintage classic is born from time-honored techniques and evokes the past as it awakens the senses.
  • Salmon Roe

Prized for its larger, firmer bead and juicy sweetness. Harvested and lightly salted using time-honored Russian methods.

Featured Fresh Catch: Wild Atlantic Striped Bass

Wild Atlantic Striped Bass
The meat of striped bass is a happy medium between flaky and meaty. Its texture lies between cod or sole and swordfish or tuna. Its taste, like most fish, varies depending on where it was caught and what it was eating. In general, however, the taste is rich, flavorful and minerally.
U.S. wild-caught Atlantic striped bass is a smart seafood choice because it is sustainably managed and responsibly harvested under U.S. regulations.
It’s caught wild in the North Atlantic off the coast of Massachusetts. Our seafood arrives daily fresh from our trusted local supplier. We back it with a 200% freshness guarantee.

Fresh Catch: U.S. Wild Monkfish

Monkfish in Tomato-Garlic Sauce from FoodandWine.com

Every friday we will showcase a featured fresh catch delivered fresh daily from our trusted local supplier. This week we chose our US Wild Monkfish, wild caught in the North Atlantic. Monkfish are known as the “poor man’s lobster,” with a similar texture, look, and flavor to its fellow bottom-dweller. The fish has a meaty texture, a mild, sweet flavor, and is often used in fine dining and French cooking. Fresh monkfish generally lacks the “fishy” taste many associate with eating ocean fish. It is also perfect for taking on sharp, acidic, or bold flavors such as capers, lemon, or garlic. Monkfish can be prepared in a number of ways and can be swapped for other firm fish in recipes. Try baking it with lemon and butter, grilled like a steak, or pan-fried with a sweet and spicy Thai sauce.
